What is your process?
Mold Making- drawing confirmation and discussion between customers on relevant molding before full production.
Die Casting Manufacturing- raw material model confirmation, injection, deburring and dimension inspection.
Machining- bore depth and thread machining according to customer’s needs; thread gauge inspection and screwing.
Coating- decrease and clean semi-finished products, ultrasonic vibration and cleaning, electrostatic coating and product inspection.
Electroplating- raw material inspection, electroplating, salt spray test, and quality inspection.
Packing- quantitative packing according to customer’s needs; flexible intermediate bulk containers and air bubble bags are also available.
Inspection- according to internationally certified SGS raw material certificate, salt spray test, painting cross test, deposition and tests, test instruments.
Shipping- deliver to customer designated factory or site or to foreign port for clearance.
